This Privacy Policy explains how Itaquera Tech LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Florida, United States ("ViralPost," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and shares information when you use the ViralPost website and application (the "Service").
1. Information We Collect

We do not currently use third-party analytics or advertising trackers (such as Google Analytics or Meta Pixel) in the Service. If this changes, we will update this Policy and, where required, request your consent.
2. Where Your Content Is Stored
Images and files you upload are stored locally on your device within the ViralPost app. We do not retain a persistent copy of your uploaded content or generated artwork on our servers. Your content is transmitted off your device only as needed to perform the processing described in Section 3, and is not stored long-term by us afterward.
3. Third-Party AI Processing
To generate your social media artwork, the content you submit is transmitted to third-party artificial intelligence service providers for processing. These providers process your content solely to return the generated output to the Service and are contractually and/or technically restricted from using it for their own independent purposes, except as required to provide the underlying AI service. Because these providers may operate infrastructure outside your country of residence, this may involve an international transfer of your data.
4. In-App Purchases
Paid subscription plans, when available, are sold exclusively through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Those platforms handle your payment information directly — we do not receive, process, or store your payment card details. Your purchase and billing data is subject to Apple's or Google's own privacy policies.
5. How We Use Your Information
- To provide, operate, and maintain the Service, including generating artwork from your content;
- To create and manage your account;
- To respond to your support requests;
- To send you service-related communications and, if you opt in, product updates;
- To monitor, secure, and improve the Service, including diagnosing technical issues;
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
6. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:
- Third-party AI providers, to generate the output you request (Section 3);
- Apple App Store / Google Play Store, to process in-app purchases and manage your subscription (Section 4);
- Infrastructure and hosting providers, who store account data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations;
- Authorities, where required to comply with applicable law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of ViralPost or others.
7. Data Retention
We retain account information for as long as your account remains active. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your account information within a reasonable period, except where we must retain certain data to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements. As described in Section 2, uploaded content and generated artwork are stored locally on your device and are not retained on our servers.
8. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at contato@viralpost.app. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe and in accordance with applicable law.
9. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to individuals under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If we become aware that we have collected such information, we will delete it.
11. International Data Transfers
We are based in the United States, and the third-party providers described above may process data in other countries. By using the Service, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in countries with data protection laws different from those of your home country.
12. Cookies
The Service uses only cookies or local storage strictly necessary to keep you logged in and to operate core functionality. We do not currently use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated Policy here with a new "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you by email.
